Served as Owner's Site Representative on Olmstead Green, an 80-unit mixed income affordable housing development in Mattapan, Boston. Bridged design intent and on-site execution across all construction phases from site preparation and foundation work through framing, envelope, MEP rough-in, and closeout. Coordinated between architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants while managing RFIs, submittals, site inspections, progress documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
